Proprioceptive Solutions LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our growing team in beautiful La Jolla, CA. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement-related conditions
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture and support continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible California Physical Therapy license
- Experience with proprioceptive training, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation preferred
- Strong manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
