Responsibilities:
- Perform professional therapeutic massage sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Assess clients' soft tissue conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Apply a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques
- Maintain accurate client records and document session notes and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment goals and outcomes
- Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals as needed
Requirements:
- Active California Massage Therapy Certificate (CAMTC) required
- Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a clinical or wellness setting
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, etc.)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and proprioceptive principles
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
